We aim to provide the best possible standards of service. We currently ship all order by Australia post. Most deliveries are within Three days of order date provided that orders are received by 4pm on the day of shipping, Monday to Friday. This delivery time is in capitol cities, it may be a little longer outside these cities.

Our Postage charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items ordered and your state and postcode.

Orders placed on the weekend, Saturday or Sunday, may be processed but will not be posted until the Monday.

We will not be responsible if Australia post fails to deliver your purchased goods whether in part of in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

Australian Natural Organic Health,will not refund, replace or provide credit notes,if items are lost,damaged in transit, if you do not insure your order.

If you have supplied your email address, we will confirm the receipt of your order. If for some reason you do not receive your order within five working days please call us on 02 9755 7769.

Delivery schedule

Should we not be able to deliver your order within five working days you will be informed and given the option to cancel or choose an alternative product. Our online store is open 24 hours 7 days. Our delivery schedule is govern by the Australia post open hours and they are five days a week, 9am to 5pm. Please consider public holiday closing. Orders received after 1pm Friday through to Sunday may not be shipped until the following Monday.

Our Returns Policy.

Australian Natural Organic Health does not refund for "Change of Mind" returns, so please choose carefully.

Defective Items.

All products purchased from our website are checked for defects and quality before shipment.If your items does have a defect please contact us sales@anoh.com.au and we will either issue a refund or exchange the item,please note that postage cost are not refundable. Defect items must be returned to Australian Natural Organic Health within 14 days of the purchase date, to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Any cost associated with returning an item, whether it is an exchange or a defected item, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
